FAQs

How will I know if you have received my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that your order has been received. You will receive a second email from us confirming your order has been processed and shipped. Should any of the item(s) you have ordered be unavailable you will be quickly informed of the out-of-stock piece(s) and your payment for the item(s) will not be processed.

Payments

All orders are calculated or converted into Australian Dollars. We accept all major credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Amex, Diners and more. We also accept Afterpay and PayPal payment.

How do I look after it? Can I wash it?

Just like you would treat other cotton fabrics, ROSEÉ apparels are delicate statement fashion. Great care should be taken.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes. We deliver in the USA, Canada, Europe, South America, West Africa, North Africa, Southern Africa, Central Africa, East Africa and Asia. For orders in other geographical regions such as the Middle East please email our team: roseelabel@gmail.com for a quote.

Is it safe to use my credit card online at rosee.com.au?

Our site is very secure. We use internationally approved payment systems to process payments such as PayPal and the likes.
