PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND AVAILABILITY
Every care has been taken to ensure that product descriptions and specifications are correct. However, whilst the pattern reproduction is a good representation, a slight variation from the actual products can occur. The appearance of the prints used may at times vary slightly from the photographed image. This is due to the natural layout and design of the fabric. This is not only a design aesthetic, as each product is totally unique, but is also a sustainable measure to reduce wastage of resources.

At times, the colours in the pictures are not available from inventory. In the event of a product being out of stock we will contact you to inform you and offer you a full refund or exchange. If for any reason we are unable to reach you, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued. Refunds are issued via the original method of payment and you will not be requested to send or submit to us payment or banking details.

All compliments and or complaint are welcome. We value our customers and are implementing strategies every day to improve our services. We will endeavour to deal with you complaint within three working days of receipt. In the event where we cannot resolve your complaint immediately we will advise you of our course of action and keep you informed of any investigation.
